MAI CHAU - HILLTRIBE VILLAGE

In the morning, depart from your hotel at 07:30 for a 4.5 hour drive to Mai Chau 160 km northwest of Hanoi. Leave the busy city behind, the journey turns to the picturesque landscape of the mountainous area with the traditional villages dotted. Arrive Mai Chau valley , enjoy the spectacular panoramic vew of the rice fields and the karst rock mountain. Check-in a traditional stilt-house to enrich your experience with local lifestyle here. Your accommodation is in a Thai traditional wooden house that consists of comfortable curtained-off sleeping area with The mosquito nets provided.
Walking around in the village and Learn about the local lifestyle. Have diner in your homestay or in a local restaurant ( optional ).Overnight in Mai Chau.

In the morning , take a light trek within 2 -4 hours through Xa Linh, Paco village which is home of the Green Hmong people. Pinic Lunch will be served on road. In the afternoon, explore the hill tribe community at Van Mai,Mai Hich ,Cum and Xam Khoe villages then be transferred back to your accommodation.
Experience an interesting evening with the traditional Thai dance and music show. Overnight in Mai Chau.

This morning, enjoy your leisure time by cycling to some other villages in the Mai Chau Valley,or to the local market. Lunch in Mai Chau then journey back to Hanoi by car. En route, enjoy the scenic view and take the photograph to captivate the memorable moment in your journey. Arrive Hanoi late this afternoon.
Note : There is weekly market on Sunday in the village of Xa Linh and this is an optional extra.
