Explore a local market with your tour guide to learn about herbs and local ingredient, prepare delicious dishes. Time is flexible for either morning or afternoon class
Depend on your selected class of morning or afternoon, you will depart with your guide to a local market. Walk through the stall of vegetable, meat, fish, fruits and learn from your guide knowledge of ingredient used in a Vietamese dish, the way local people use it for their food and health care...
You will practise to select vegetable, spices and all ingredient in the check list given by your cooking teacher, experience the bargaining if you like then head to the home of a local host to start your home cooking class. Here, you will learn how to make an authentic Vietnamese lunch or dinner. Your knowledgeable host will instruct you to prepare the food, make the delectable broth with fish sauce, cook the catfish steak marinated in coconut caramel sauce and simmered in a traditional clay pot. You will learn to cook a menu of 4 dishes as you selected then savour your creations with your host. After your joyous meal, your guide will drop you off at your hotel. End the tour.
