In the afternoon, or evening enjoy a 50 – minute unique water puppet show where the puppets perform scenes of daily life, cultural legends and rural folk tales. There are 2 shows per day:
17:00 -17:50 and 18:30 -19:20.
After the show, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dinner in a local restaurant name where you will enjoy not the food but the way of eating: Wrap & Roll.
Depend on the show schedule, we will pick you up then transfer to Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre. Water puppetry is a unique Vietnamese art performance which the stage is a large pool and the puppets acts on the water surface. The puppeteers who stand waist-deep in water in the manipulation room seperated by a rattan curtain and manipulate their puppets by the long bamboo poles and strings that are hidden under water surface. During the show, the Vietnamese orchestra performs and provides the background music. You will enjoy the performance of talented singers, professional musicians with their traditional musical instruments. The show is a fantastic way to experience and learn about the Vietnamese rural life and folklore.
Completed your evening by a dinner in Wrap & Roll restaurant with a delicious menu of Vietnamese traditional food. You can practise the way of local people in eating by Wrapping and Rolling food in the thin rice paper and tasting it with your choices of sauces …
When you finish your dinner, our drive will send you back to your hotel.
